Macon and Hannah
We're looking to adopt a baby
Hi! We’re Macon and Hannah, and we’re so grateful you’re taking the time to learn about us and consider us as potential parents.
Our story began in a surprising way: although we knew many of the same people in high school, we didn’t actually meet until years later, in 2015, when mutual friends introduced us. From the very first night, we both felt a connection. The more we talked and spent time together, the more it became clear we had something special.
At the time, Hannah was still in school two hours away from Kansas City, where Macon was starting his career, so we began dating long distance. Those early days were filled with countless phone calls and Skype sessions, which helped us build a strong foundation of communication. After 2.5 years together, we got married on a beach in the spring of 2018, surrounded by our closest family and friends.
Even before we met, adoption was something we felt called to. In 2020, doctors told us we wouldn’t be able to conceive children, which only strengthened our resolve to grow our family through foster care and adoption—something that had already been on our hearts for years. In March 2021, we welcomed our two amazing children, Marshall and Trish, into our home through foster care, and in March 2023, we officially adopted them. They’ve been the greatest blessing to us, and we love being their parents!
Now, we’re excited to expand our family once more and our kids are looking forward to having a baby sibling. We can’t wait to share our home, hearts, and lives with another precious child.
